Dr. Otto earned her PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Delaware and has a background in quality of life issues for people living with chronic health conditions and their family/informal caregivers. She works on several of the projects at Memory Keepers, with both Indigenous and rural communities, including AMICA, ICARE, and CERDAR.
