Zayla recently graduated with her master’s degree in social work at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She assists Dr. Jordan P. Lewis with research on Alaska Native approaches to successful aging. Zayla brings her academic experience in qualitative social science research as well as her personal experience being raised in an Alaska Native community.
